I paid in advance for a package of services for my daughter. They burned her leg and left scars, so after many phone calls and lawyer visits, HTGT agreed to refund $2400 of the package price. They sent a letter to me, which I signed, had notarized, and sent back to them in March. They received the letter and I was told that it would take 8-10 weeks for the money to be processed into my account, and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at the company since May.
