I booked a hotel room through this company for my parents who were vacationing in Auckland New Zealand. I had been searching for hours until I found the only room available throughout the entire city and booked it through GTA hotels. They CONFIRMED that the room was available (I called). I became suspicious after doing a google search I found out that a lot of people have had problems with them.
