I can't believe the dissatifaction with this company "DIRECT TV". My TV looses the signal about every two to three times a week since the installation on 7/23/08 and they want to charge me to look at it. The system is about 16 mounths old and has never worked right. The coustomer service is just terrible! The had a rate increase after 12 months of service that they just passed along. Just found out that I am locked into an 18 month equipment contact which i will again be charged to come out of. I made a big mistake with this company and can wait to cancel at the end of the contract! BE AFRAID!!! use another company! read full review »
