I spoke with a representative to inquire about a suspicious charge to my bank account ($87.62). The charge should have only been for $4.95 for a trial offer of the product. I didn't know that the offer had a "30-day call to cancel" future shipments condition. Anyway, the rep agreed to cancel future charges and explained that she would send an email to me the next day with instructions for returning the product that had just been shipped to me.
