I contacted them via email a couple of times to cancel...stating that as listed date within their 30 cancellation period and just kept getting emails responses to call. Finally, got around to calling and they said there was nothing I could do to get my money back, even though they acknowledged that I'd emailed them wanting to cancel prior to the cancellation date. Rip-off...service didn't deliver anything worthwhile for the 2 weeks I used the service. read full review »

After renewing with their service for 6 months, scam too is that I didn't find anyone to date within 6 months stated promotion is they'll give you 6 months free - this is lie too, after Nov 5th deadline I checked to see if they billed me and the did. I immediately canceled membership and they said "they won't automatically renewed Once your subscription expires in 5/5/10...6 months after I canceled it. Another words, they charged me $76 from 5/5/09 thru 11/5/09 authorized and $101.94 unauthorized for the same period... read full review »
