I received notification that i had won a sweepstakes, and that I needed to respond before 12/3/2009. The notification letter had a claim number "819665381" it in one sentence it constrewed the information as if it was a sure thing and then in the sentence below it stated that winning number would be selected by random drawing. The grane prize was $2, 100, 000.00 - Paid in lump sum payment, or $70, 000.00 over 30 years or a lump sum payment of $1, 1oo, 000.00.
