To Whom It May Concern, I originally ordered your product, ACAIBERRY, on November 17, 2008 and per your advertisment, I was charged $4.99 on my credit card. I received 1 bottle of ACAIBERRY. I then called your company and requested my home delivery be cancelled. This was after talking to several customer service reps, who said time after time that your computer system was down and to either call back in 2 hours or call the next day, which I did for several days and kept getting the same answer.
