We signed up with the Law Offices of Alfred J. Verdi so they can help us get a Loan Modification. We signed a contract with them that says, if they are not able to get us a Loan Modification in 6 months, they will give us a refund of 2/3 of the $2995 fee we paid them in the beginning of the Loan Modification program.  When the 6 month period was over, we communicated with Alfred Verdi many times through phone calls and emails to give us our refund.
