I went to Falls Church Motors in June 2009 and purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Going to this dealership was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my LIFE! I was charged over $15, 000.00 for a truck that within 2.5 months had major transmission repairs, radiator replacement, window regulator replacement, and over 1000.00 in repairs for my A/C ( one day after purchase).
