Been banking with Chase for years with no problems. Today they changed my fixed rate credit card to variable rate. I opted to reject the changes and they closed my account on the spot. I've got a spotless credit history across the board. The representative said all of their credit card accounts are changing to variable. I'm in the process of closing all 3 of my remaining accounts and will never do business with them again. read full review »
