USAA also sold my loan to US Bank. I was told that they would not. I am not pleased with US Bank. I sat next to a VP on a flight out of San Antonio. I asked him why USAA does not provide notice to applicants. He responded that it is standard industry practice and that they would lose their competitive advantage. They regret that they must use deception, but until regulations change ... they have to continue to "lie." There CSRs are instructed to deny the practice. read full review »
