My credit card was automatically charged $14.95 on the date I joined (10/13/09) I canceled within the 7 days trial membership trial period (10/15/09).When I called to cancel I was gived a cancellation # and promised a refund which never occurred.To add insult to injury I could not get Master Card to reverse the charges.In my view this is false advertising and fraud.Rather that beating myself up with it, I will not fall for something like this again plus Master Card has lost a customer over $14.95.I did, however, file a complaint with the BBB, FTC and express my feelings here.Good Day ! read full review »
