Karen Snider a nurse practitioner fired by South West Nova Health, because she dared to stand up against South West Nova Health decision to cut staffing personal and further cutting services in an area and place in Nova Scotia that can ill afford to lose anymore of its health care services, who is this dictatorial bureaucracy that they can leave the people of Digby, Long and Brier Islands without health services.
