Room booking failed to be put thorough. I only discovered this when I mentioned to a friend to book the same hotel and he discovered they had no record of my booking. Laterooms.com advertise rate parity also for all their hotels. I am being charged 10 GBP more by booking through them than the rate advertised on the hotel site. I had to call the hotel myself and find out about the booking - which they had no confirmation of from laterrooms.com. when I called late rooms they told me that they had processes and it was the hotels fault... read full review »
