I've been a loyal ON customer for 10 years and have had their credit card probably 5 years. No longer! This past year they changed billing dates and I received no notice and two late fees of $39 each. Now it is never due on the same date every month. I complained and one was removed, one but not both. I just logged to pay and I have another late fee when the account summary says it is due today. I pay direct from my checking account and can pay on due date.
