I returned the product and they refused to give me a refund. I was directed to send an email to [email protected], which does not go through. All emails to this account bounce back and do not go through. I am requesting a refund of $89.89 for your product that did not work as advertised and per your own terms and conditions listed below, state "May not eligible for a refund.".
