I Ordered the proscan product form online Gore Research. Proscan in July 2009 and never received the product. My Credit Card was billed and my order showed sent to shipping on their website but never an update that it shipped nor a tracking number for my purchase. These people must have no concious...And the Customer service they claim to have is rediculous...I have tried contacting them over 100 times either via voice message and email and never a response... Beware!! Send me my product or refund my money!! read full review »
