A man calling himself Ronnie Best called one evening saying he worked for a "government regulated organization" that offered Financial Protection Services to people that had more than 2 credit cards with interest rates above 13%. Went on to say this service was guaranteed to save me at "Least $4, 000.oo" by letting them negotiate with lenders for a much lower interest rate, as low as 3.9%.
