I wish I'd looked here before I bought from Phones 4U. Ordered a phone online, had an email saying it had been despatched. 4 days later, no phone, so telephoned, and was told to contact Citilink (myself!) as their system had it recorded as delivered and signed for. Citilink admitted (eventually, afer the usual waits) that it had been delivered to the wrong address, and fraudulently signed for in my name. They would attempt to get it back and deliver it to me.
