My son ordered speakers from them on 5/11/09 they were delivered by UPS on 5/14/09. Speakers were broken. Returned them after filing a claim with UPS. 6 months of constant contact by e-mail or phone. They promised a credit but the items were never available. They promised a refund which never has materialized. They promised they would resolve it last week. Now they do not answer my e-mails. I have filed complaints with the BBB, State of Utah Division of Consumer Protection and anyone else I can think of to get my sons hard earned money back. read full review »
