I ordered this book and charged it to my Visa card on Oct.31, 2009 and thought I would have received it by now. I have'nt heard from anyone as to why the book has'nt arrived. Please let me know something soon or you can add the $39.97 back to my Visa card. Thank you, Lois McKee read full review »
