I am a customer of TDS Telecom and have been since moving here 21 years ago. They provide our telephone service as well as our internet service which I have. I have had a computer for the past 9 years with a dail up speed of 48-50 in 2000 and NOW IT IS 26.4. After this morning attempting to order books for Christmas gifts from Amazon & spending one and one- half hours to order 5 (which should have gone quickly) I have no more patience left with this carrier.
