I’ve been coming to ONE8T Wellness since they opened and love coming each time. When I lived in Vancouver I went to a hot/cold spa very frequently and was looking for a similar one in Calgary. I tried out a number of places but nothing comes close to a proper hold/cold therapy session than this one. And it’s better value as well! The staff are friendly, massage chairs are great, equipment is modern, towels are provided, and there’s always availability.
