I tried to change my phone number and address with these bone heads, and they didn't get it back in June. Then in July I tried again. In September, I got a letter from a COLLECTION agency saying we owed $493.00 for breaking the contract. We hadn't broken the contract, we'd transferred it! So I call them again, and spend 3 hours on the phone (collectively, over three separate phone calls in one day) trying to get this sorted out.
