2009 Year Book was sent and not ordered. The Post Office told me not to open it and mark it Return To Sender to avoid being charged to return it. After 10 days, I have now received a bill for the book. This is the second year I have received an unordered book from these people. Last year, I made the mistake of opening the package and had to pay to return the book, along with a letter to not send any more books and still received a bill.
