Mp4 player looked great in photos but when it arrived we were disappointed with the product. It felt cheap and flimsy. Our son had saved his pocket money to buy this player and even he was disappointed. The screen had a layer of dust below it so the image was distorted and it would never charge when connected to the computer. But that's when the real trouble started.
