I agree with ALL of the other complaints filed about CPS. If your auto retailer mentions that they are providing you "in house" financing or lending with CPS (Consumer Portfolio Services), walk away, run, hitch hike, do whatever you can do to get out. Don't sign up for a loan with CPS! I was in a real pinch when I purchased my car from a local auto (Big Name) dealership here in Anchorage. I won't name names, but it rhymes with "Hal Northington."
