I purchased a domain and hosting package from Web Hosting Pad, Inc, over a year ago. In that time, I decided I would not renew my purchase for the following year, and as my credit card would soon expire, I simply did not renew the card on their files. They then submitted my information to a non-English-speaking collections agency, that has since harassed me non-stop to pay the balance.
