Ok. When you get your TOS Agreement in the mail, look up all you can concerning Heritage. Go to the bottom of the pages, make a copy of their policies, job requirements paper work available to freelancers and of course an update on the TOS to date and privacy policies. Now, you take time and read the contraditions in spirit and literal-- there are your loopholes. Frankly, they make me sick. Since around Nov.2009. there has been an increase of 71 complaints. Heritage Web Design, or what ever they are calling themselves this week, had about 436 or 476 Complaints w/Utah BBB in November. On January 30th---523, February 7, 2010---535, FEBRUARY18, 2010---556. This is all Utah BBB does---- gather numbers! :378 resolved complaints---refused to acknowledge acceptance to BBB outcome. Paid for store developement, paid in full, being held up due to censoring by designer. Robbers @ store: store design is "Held-up" to date and art is as well. From the beginning, they have known the images in question:they viewed, handled and manipulated images months ago, only now, they are keeping me from opening up my store and not communicating with the customer.
