I was staying at this shelter for an extremely long 6 months and getting nowhere super-fast. Come to find out my case worker (Robert Izzo) got fired for not proccessing clients paperwork in a timely fashion. To my misfortune I was one of his clients. My case was given to Sue Antoine (not sure if last name spelling is correct) whom, in order to not get fired on the same basis, proceeded to wrongfully discharge multiple residents (including me).
