Larry Williams promised a refund of our $1295 advertising / sales fee if no offers were made to buy our timeshare in 6 months. We received no offers period. We sent our refund letter within 10 days of our deadline as requested. We sent it registered mail. The USPO says they got the letter. A rep called me about a week after they should have received our letter. They thanked me for signing up for another 6 months. I stated I wanted a refund, not 6 more months.
