They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a big banner. The solution they provided for a laptop with XP SP3 sound issues was a solution I had already tried. That solution does not work. They never provided a solution, but they were quick to bill my credit card. There is another company that has been established for quite a while that will provide a solution.
