I always pay on time and pay off in 90days. But when its time to pay-off my amount is always different from theirs. I always ask why and they always come out with surcharges or taxes, But I've added my tax and surcharges are I thought only suppose to be paid if you continue to rent. they even said one time that when you pay extra money on one item that the money sits their like piggy bank money.
