While I am incapable of seeing or understanding how poor customer service is a benefit to any business, or positively contribute to their bottom-line, here are some ways how NOT to treat a customer at the Woodbridge Hyundai Finance Department: 1. Call your potential customers by a different name shown on their paperwork; even after they repeatedly correct you. 2.
