On or about November 13, 2009 I called Time Warner and inquired about the status of my account, that I knew I was behind. I told the customer representative that I had suffered two strokes on August 3, but have since returned to work and would be able to pay the bill in full by first of December. I was told, in a very nice manner, unless a payment was received by Nov 18 my service would be disconnected. Asked the minimum I could pay and was told 204 and some change.
