We used this company to get a house rental last year. The owner named Andrea King was the realtor that helped us. She was so nice and proffesional to us when we had all the money for the down payment, but then when it came time to refund the money when were were leaving she turned into an extremely rude degrading person. She spoke to me as if I had a problem understanding..."for the third time now I am telling you this" was one of her phrases. Then she just continued to speak to me as if I was beneath her. I had recently gone to this hospital for severe stomach pain, and was turned away! First of all the hospital is owned and operated by ALL Drs. Secondly, the lobby of this brand new place was a joke. The was a desk where you fill out your name and information. To me that was so unproffessional and people are at risk to have their information stolen. NO COMPUTER SYSTEMS! This has got to be one of the worst companies in existance. I cancelled my insurance, got an email confirmation on the cancellation, but yet they took the money from my account!! It is a major scam! NO prescription coverage. I went with out medication for a MONTH because I couldnt afford it. Hospital ERs decline to help you due to this insurance.
