On 11/01/09 I Reggie Herring was phoned by one of U-Hauls representatives during their closing hours informing me that I may have water damages to my storage. Monday November 02, 2009 I drove to the u-haul facility, and yes there was water damages to both of my storage bends. The manager Ron Haynes said that all u-haul can do is give me another bend, and Novembers month rent free. I told the manager Ron that I have insurance on my storage.
