a false charge for a collect call ($12.00) show up on my phone bill from CENTURYLINK, and they saying that is a third party company and because there is no even phone number on the bill they couldn't do anything; finnally costumer service found two phone numbers 18664214816 and 18772572455 but just got a computer record message. Fix this situation; because my wife and I who are the only people living in my house, don't know nobody on phoenix, az from where supposedly originated this collect call and we don't receive collect calls. contact me at [email protected] read full review »
