On 31 October 2009 I spoke with operator #153853 ( Mia) who transferred me to her supervisor, Rosa who told me in order to recieve a refund ( for over draft fees incurred as a result of YOUR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON My Debit card) of $ 68.00 I would have to have my bank, Chase to fax a copy of the charges to you. Chase has done so to (402) 661-2189. Why have you not lived up to your word????? When or do you plan on doing so.The account # was 596795165.
