I came across one of the complaints that NCM refused payments and thought to let readers know it happean to me. I made all of my months payments on time up until I lost my job and fell behind but always made the payments in full amouts until they sent it back saying " I need to make arrangment with the attorney in Oahu, who would not negotiate. I learned just the other day that NCM is no longer and have been taken over or emerged with PNC and the take over or opening day is on Nove. 9, 2009.
