I have had a problem with my refrigerator since October. I got 2 Sears Techs who are very discrimatory, and asked me to defrost my fridge for 24 hours, which I did 3 times, but has not fixed the problem. The Sears techs are unethical, passed racial comments, and when I complained to A&E, they said that the Sears techs don't want to come back because they are not paid to do the job! A&E is a problem, but the Sears techs are even more of a problem! read full review »
