This is my complaint to the Better Business Bureau: "I placed an order through the website for this cosmetic product in July/August 2009. The disclaimer states that the product will be automatically shipped to the customer at an initial interval and the card will be billed. If the customer wants to change the interval or opt not to receive any further product from them, the customer service department is to be contacted at 1-800-543-7207 to make a request to change or halt the shipments.
