we got a washer and dryer from the aarons. there's something wrong with the product, and we were told that they will replace it. waited for almost 2 months, and then they sold the product, and they said they would reorder, but we have to pay again. they won't credit the 2 months we have paid. the store manager, Tom was very rude and unfriendly. we called the aarons 800 number, but no one has ever returned our call. read full review »
