Four supervisors in seven months are irresp0nsive for Chase promotional rewards. The usage for credit is clearly printed on the statement and noted on the account. However, six representatives said that they did not see it. Supervisors and manager did not return phone calls as they said they would and you requested them to call back. Even you have all the supervisors names and dates you spoke to in these seven months.
