I went to purchase a Sony 24" CRT wide screen, and they were more than helpful on setting up both "A" grade and "B" grade monitors for me to look at. I ended up buying the "A" grade, but over the weekend I realized I missed the razor sharp text of an LCD at high resolution (although the game play was unbelievable on the CRT). I called Monday morning and they allowed me to return the Sony and even waived part of the restocking fee (your mileage may vary).
