Brought a brand new hp mini 1100 laptop opened the box and the keyboard is faulty, spent 1 hour argueing with the staff at the help desk, she was asking me to prove the fault. i tried but she was saying it was a softare fault, , in conumer right's it states that the buyer doesnt need to prove the fault the seller (comet) need to prove it is not faulty and if it is turned out to be faulty then to get a full refund sat there argueing and argueing for a good hour untill she agreed to get it checked by an engeneer to see if the laptop wa... read full review »
