Product was ordered 12/22/09. Item was placed on Hold for NINE DAYS to verify address. They never bothered once to call or email. I called this company 12/31/08 expecting at least adequate customer service. I was hung up on the first time. Then transfered to someone who could barely speak English. His only goal was to get me off the phone. I ended up canceling my order. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company. It isn't worth saving a few dollars for this extra hassle. read full review »
