Hello, I purchased Dazzlewhite in September with my creidt card and the day I bought it over the net I called and canceled. I have a copy of the letter that states I would be refunded. I was refunded as I sent the item back within the specified time, but since this took place I have been charged small amounts under the name of Elitepack. Can you please advise ASAP.
