$3700.00 was taken from me with the terms that my timeshare was being bought by this company. no one else was involved. this company told me that this money was needed to search the deed, back taxes, maintenance fees and any money owed against the time share. I was called and told that everything was fine and in 15 to 20 days I would have my money. I have never been able to get in touch with anyone since.
