I am outraged on several fronts related to "bad debt buyers" particularly a company/partnership/association named Palisades Collection LLC, and by extension, Wolpoff & Abramson, ( now called Mann-Bracken) Bowman, Heintz, Bocia & Vician, and their other associated law firms.
